What happens if we need to stop your service?

Accepted Answer

For the safety of your pet and the staff, we have the right to stop a service if a dog becomes overly aggressive, excessively stressed, or a situation arises that we absolutely can not continue. We will make every effort to calm the dog before stopping the session. Stopping a session is at the staff member's discretion. A full refund for that session only will be provided.

By scheduling and receiving services from Monty's Mobile Pawdicures, I acknowledge that dog nail trimming/ear cleaning/removal of mats from paws involves inherent risks including but not limited to accidental cutting of the quick, bleeding, or injury resulting from the dog's movement or behaviour issues.

I agree that Monty's Mobile Pawdicures, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable, and assumes no responsibility financially under any circumstances, for any illness, injury or damage to the dog before, during or after service, including any vet bills, care, treatment, medication or medical expenses unless the injury/illness is proven to be caused by gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

I confirm that my dog is healthy enough for nail trimming/ear cleaning and/or paw mat cleanup.
I accept full responsibility for my dog during the appointment.
