Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be given inside that window. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be made at the time of booking, we accept visa, mastercard or debit. Single appointments can be made online; to purchase a package please contact us directly via email @ montyspawdicure@gmail.com and we'll be happy to put the 10 dates into our calendar. REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued once a service has begun unless the service must be stopped due to unsafe conditions. (dog aggression/overly stressed) we will be patient and try to resolve the situation, however if the staff member feels the situation is not to be resolved at that time, a refund will be issued. Each situation is different and will be evaluated by the staff member. The staff member has the final decision whether to stop a service or to continue. We will make every effort to arrive at your house at the scheduled time; however, we are a mobile service, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, accidents, vehicle issues and trains will impede our ability to arrive on time. We will contact you with any delays. At that point, you can decide if you would like us to carry on to your house, reschedule your appointment or issue a full refund for that session only. Pet owners must be present during procedures and assist to calm or hold pet if necessary. HEALTH AND VACCINATION POLICY: If your pet is sick or has a contagious illness; your appointment must be rebooked (once the dog is healthy again). We reserve the right to cancel any appointments at the staff members’ discretion if we feel the pet will be a risk to our other clients. Pet owners must disclose any medical conditions that may affect service including but not limited to arthritis, bleeding disorders and heart conditions.
